A mistake was made in Mr. Marcus Leonard's article 'Operating Costs of a Traction Engine', Page 19, May-June issue. It should read 22 simple instead of 26 simple. The Advance people never built a 26 simple.

We are sorry this mistake was made. Please mark your May-June issue if you preserve your copies so that in future years this mistake may not be confusing to someone. We humbly apologize to Mr. Leonard who is a most accurate informant on all these matters.
